Renewing your TNCC is straightforward if you follow these steps:
Register for the TNCC Renewal Course
The renewal course is a one-day program designed to refresh your trauma nursing skills. It covers the Trauma Nursing Process, foundations of shock, and practical scenarios. Our expert instructors teach several classes each week to ensure that there's an option to fit your schedule. Once you register, you'll receive an email from ENA with a link to add the course to your ENA University account.
Prepare for the Course
Be sure to complete the online precourse modules in your ENA University account ahead of your class to give yourself the best start.
Attend and Participate Fully
Engage actively during the course. Discussions and trauma scenarios are planned to enhance your learning.
Pass the Course Requirements
The renewal course includes 2 assessments to confirm your knowledge. The Trauma Nursing Process test is completed as part of your class time, and the online written test is completed in the week following your course.
Access Your New verification card.
After successful completion, you will get your updated 4-year TNCC provider verification in your ENA University account, along with your CE certificate.
